The difference between PC board and PVC foam board-different characteristics

The light transmittance of the PC board can reach up to 89%, which is as beautiful as glass. UV-coated panels will not produce yellowing, atomization and poor light transmission under sunlight. The loss of light transmission after ten years is only 6%, and the loss rate of PVC foam board is as high as 15%-20%. The fiber is 12%-20%. The PC board is coated with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating on one side, and anti-condensation treatment on the other side, which integrates anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-drip functions.

Mechanical properties PVC foam board has higher hardness and mechanical properties. And increases with the increase of molecular weight, but decreases with the increase of temperature. Rigid PVC has good mechanical properties, and its elastic modulus can reach 1500-3000MPa. The elasticity of soft PVC is 1.5-15 MPa. But the elongation at break is as high as 200%-450%. The friction of PVC is general, the static friction factor is 0.4-0.5, and the dynamic friction factor is 0.23.
